Custom Orders

How do I order custom artwork?

  • Begin by selecting the product you would like to order.
  • Select the desired size from the options offered.
  • Upload your artwork on the product page.
  • Once your order is placed, we will email you a proof (a digital layout of your design on product) for your approval. At that time, you can let us know if any adjustments are needed to artwork sizing or placement.
  • Once we receive your approval, we will begin production.

What type of art files can I provide for my custom order?

We accept JPG and TIFF files. For the best results, your file should be saved at the size you plan to order, with a minimum resolution of 150 ppi.

What is the artwork disclaimer?

Because we value the skill and hard work of artists, we take copyright infringement very seriously. By clicking the artwork disclaimer, you certify that you have permission to use the artwork you are providing for your custom print. If you are unsure if you have permission, please consult our Copyrights page for general guidelines.

Why was my artwork rejected?

Artwork will be rejected if the art files provided are too low of quality to print properly. Any images provided that are clearly copyrighted (aka artwork by major artists, characters of major motion pictures or any images reflecting major brands) will be rejected. In the event of artwork rejection, we will reach out to you and provide information on what is needed to proceed with your order.
